Start once the Review Team has submitted its notes. You will need to check with the team all required notes have been uploaded. You will also need to check that a report template has been uploaded.
Start the analysis
- Select ‘Report notes’ in the left-hand menu.
- Check the notes are complete. You can view, delete or upload notes here — see the steps above.
- When you’re satisfied, select ‘Consolidate review notes’.
- A confirmation appears. Select ‘Ok’, or ‘Cancel’ to make changes.
- A red box confirms the analysis has started ‘Consolidating review notes’. When it finishes, the red box will read ‘draft findings generated’.
- Once you are satisfied with a finding, select ‘Approve’. You can still upload more notes and consolidate the findings again if needed. The status will show whether each finding has been approved.
- Under ‘Review’, select ‘Report writer’ in the left-hand menu.
- Select ‘Start report from template’.
The information you see when draft findings are generated include:
- topic – these are the topics found across the review notes
- finding – a brief description of the findings
- agreement – how many different reviewers covered this topic and findings in their notes
- category – project areas
- status – draft or approved
- evidence – areas referenced from the notes
- actions – you are able to edit ‘finding’, ‘agreement’, ‘category’ then update the changes and save them using the save button
Draft each section
AssureAssist can assist in drafting each section of the report. Work through each section of the template, either by typing your own points below the section description or by using the AI assistant on the right-hand side to develop the draft in AssureAssist.
- Select ‘Save draft’ before moving to another section. The section status will change from ‘Empty’ to ‘Draft’.
- Once each section is complete, select ‘Publish’.
AssureAssist doesn’t hold or produce the finished report, you assemble the final report offline using the draft report constructed in AssureAssist.
AssureAssist helps draft report content but does not produce the final report. Review and validate all outputs against the evidence and your professional judgement before incorporating them into the final report, which remains your responsibility.
