AssureAssist training evaluation questionnaire

This questionnaire gathers feedback on the AssureAssist guidance, training and support you have received. The feedback will help us understand whether users:

• understand the purpose and appropriate use of AssureAssist
• feel confident using AssureAssist in their role
• know where to find support when needed
• can apply learning in practice

The survey should take around 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
