The Transformation Programme Diagnostic tool, developed in conjunction with the Bad Omens guidance, has drawn on the 7 lenses principles to assist project leaders to critically assess areas of success and weakness within the programmes.
The diagnostic tools analysis function can assist in determining areas of potential risk, areas where programmes might benefit from additional support and fundamentally to help programmes avoid common root causes of delay and failure.
The Bad Omens guidance and the diagnostic tool are designed to be used together to assess the potential health of a project at any given cycle and enable honest dialogue between key stakeholders.
