Overview

The ‘Report writer’ helps the review team turn notes into a draft report. The Review Team uploads their notes; AssureAssist checks them against the report sections; then the Review Team Lead works with AssureAssist to generate a draft for each section.

AssureAssist supports the drafting, it doesn’t produce the final report. The Review Team Lead reviews, validates and edits everything AssureAssist generates, and builds the final report offline.

How the review team work together

The Review Team uploads and submits their notes. Only the review team and lead will be able to see the notes submitted or any reports on AssureAssist.

The Review Team Lead checks the notes are complete, runs the analysis, and drafts each section with AssureAssist.

The Review Team Lead validates the output and assembles the final report offline.

Draft each section

AssureAssist can assist in drafting each section of the report. Work through each section of the template, either by typing your own points below the section description or by using the AI assistant on the right-hand side to develop the draft in AssureAssist.

  1. Select ‘Save draft’ before moving to another section. The section status will change from ‘Empty’ to ‘Draft’.
  2. Once each section is complete, select ‘Publish’.

AssureAssist doesn’t hold or produce the finished report, you assemble the final report offline using the draft report constructed in AssureAssist.

AssureAssist helps draft report content but does not produce the final report. Review and validate all outputs against the evidence and your professional judgement before incorporating them into the final report, which remains your responsibility.
