Uploading complete, accurate and relevant documents helps AssureAssist produce meaningful outputs. Before you upload, check each document is:
- relevant to the review scope
- the latest approved or intended version, unless a superseded version has been specifically requested
- clearly named, with the version, date and owner visible where possible
- complete and readable
- not an unnecessary duplicate
You must also confirm the material is appropriate to put into AssureAssist. Check its classification, commercially sensitive information, legal privilege, third-party restrictions or any project-specific handling requirements.
Classification
AssureAssist is secure up to OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE. Do not upload SECRET or TOP SECRET material. If you’re unsure whether a document is appropriate to upload, check before you upload it — not after.
What to upload
Before your review starts, gather the evidence needed to support each area of investigation. This is likely to be found in documents such as:
- management frameworks
- strategy or business case
- delivery plan
- benefits management strategy
- benefits realisation plan
- financial plan
- resource schedule
- stakeholder engagement and communication plan
- highlight reports, dashboards or performance data
- minutes of board or committee meetings
- risk register or list of major risks with mitigation plans
- governance structure, covering key roles and reporting arrangements
This evidence may also be found in other documents or elsewhere in your organisation’s document system.
