Government Project Delivery launches new benefits management collection

Government Project Delivery has released a new benefits management collection to support project delivery professionals across government.
The collection responds to user feedback calling for more practical support in adopting The Teal Book, with a particular focus on benefits management. It offers tools and guidance to help teams embed best practice and deliver measurable public value.
It was developed in consultation with stakeholders across government, and published to projectdelivery.gov.uk members in September 2025 for feedback.
The guidance is designed to support benefits management across portfolios, programmes and projects and can be tailored to meet the needs of a range of different types of government work.
